Earth Property Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Earth Holdings), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired Austin Landscape Supplies (d/b/a WRK Enterprises, Inc.), a compost, soil and mulch manufacturer and retailer operating in the greater Austin, Texas area. The business will be integrated into Earth Holdings' Organics by Gosh platform to expand product offerings (notably IPEMA-certified kiddie mulch), retail presence and geographic reach in North Austin.

Osprey Technology Solutions Acquires Lanworks
