Yingling Aviation has acquired Bevan Aviation, a Wichita-based FAA Part 145 avionics and aircraft maintenance provider. The add-on deal — terms undisclosed — expands Yingling's avionics capabilities and capacity at Wichita's Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport; Yingling is majority-backed by private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, which supported the platform expansion.

Terms were not disclosed; Yingling’s leadership (Chairman & CEO Lynn Nichols and President Andrew Nichols) will remain active owners and operators as AEI seeks to build a scaled independent platform in business aviation services.

Vance Street Capital Acquires McFarlane Aviation

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Vance Street Capital acquired McFarlane Aviation, a Baldwin City, Kansas manufacturer and distributor of FAA-PMA aftermarket parts for general aviation. The McFarlane family will retain a meaningful ownership stake alongside Vance Street as the firm positions McFarlane as a platform investment to accelerate growth in the aerospace aftermarket.

Yingling Aviation has acquired Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GETI), an aircraft interiors design, fabrication and refurbishment specialist based in Wichita, Kansas. The acquisition — supported by Yingling’s investor AE Industrial Partners — expands Yingling’s Wichita capacity and capabilities across aircraft interior services, adding GETI’s 60,000+ sq. ft. facility and extensive cabinetry, upholstery and seat refurbishment expertise.

STS Aviation Group Acquires Airbase Services, Inc.

STS Aviation Group acquired Airbase Services, Inc., an aircraft interiors maintenance, repair and management specialist based in Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition gives STS immediate entry into the Canadian MRO market through Airbase’s four Transport Canada–approved facilities (YUL, YYZ, YWG, YVR); terms were not disclosed and Airbase’s acting president Lena Watters will remain on as President.

Flexjet Acquires Constant Aviation

Flexjet has acquired Constant Aviation, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, and will integrate Constant's facilities and AOG mobile response network into its operations. The acquisition expands Flexjet's in-house maintenance capabilities and footprint (including Cleveland and Orlando facilities), supports fleet growth and adds rotorcraft and UAS MRO capabilities.
