TTC Group Acquires Licence Bureau

TTC Group has acquired Licence Bureau, a Hemel Hempstead–based provider of driving licence checking and document verification services, in a strategic add-on to expand its corporate fleet customer base and enhance compliance capabilities within its Continuum platform. The deal is supported by Palatine Private Equity (which backs TTC Group) with acquisition funding provided by Santander and HSBC.
