Sterling Investment Partners has acquired W.A. Kendall and Company (Kendall Vegetation Services) in partnership with the company's CEO Robert Williams and other members of management. The transaction is an acquisition of a leading U.S. vegetation-management contractor — which provides utility line clearing, right-of-way maintenance, mowing and storm-response services — from previous sponsor Blue Point Capital Partners to support geographic expansion and platform growth.
