Sterling Investment Partners Acquires Xylem and Merges it with Kendall Vegetation Services

Sterling Investment Partners, in partnership with Xylem management (Randolph and Benjamin Hoover), has acquired Xylem, Inc. and combined it with Sterling's existing portfolio company Kendall Vegetation Services to form a larger vegetation management platform. The combined business — led by Co‑CEOs Randolph Hoover and Robert Williams — employs over 2,000 people, operates in 20+ states, and will expand vegetation management and emergency storm response capabilities across the eastern seaboard, Gulf states and beyond.

Kendall Vegetation Services & Xylem Tree Experts Acquire ElectriCom Right of Way Services Division

Kendall Vegetation Services and Xylem Tree Experts have acquired the Right of Way Services (ROWS) division of ElectriCom. The transaction transfers ROWS' customer base, operational leadership and field teams to Kendall and Xylem to expand their vegetation management and right-of-way service footprint for utility customers across the United States. ElectriCom will continue to focus on its core utility construction and infrastructure businesses following the divestiture.

The transaction is an acquisition of a leading U.S. vegetation-management contractor — which provides utility line clearing, right-of-way maintenance, mowing and storm-response services — from previous sponsor Blue Point Capital Partners to support geographic expansion and platform growth.

SavATree Acquires West Michigan Tree Services

The acquisitions expand TreeServe’s footprint in Central Kentucky and the Washington, D.C. metro area and are financed under senior secured credit facilities arranged by O2 Sponsor Finance.

SavATree Acquires Branches Tree Experts
