Kendall Vegetation Services and Xylem Tree Experts have acquired the Right of Way Services (ROWS) division of ElectriCom. The transaction transfers ROWS' customer base, operational leadership and field teams to Kendall and Xylem to expand their vegetation management and right-of-way service footprint for utility customers across the United States. ElectriCom will continue to focus on its core utility construction and infrastructure businesses following the divestiture.
