Hunter Fan Company, a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners, acquired Entrepreneurial Pursuits, Inc. (d/b/a Jan Fan), a Michigan-based manufacturer and distributor of fixed and rolling-mount caged fans for commercial and industrial workspaces. The acquisition expands Hunter's industrial product portfolio, creates cross-sell opportunities with its HVLS and commercial ceiling fan lines, and broadens the company's addressable market in North America.

The AMES Companies (Griffon) Acquires Harper Brush Works from Horizon Global

The AMES Companies, a subsidiary of Griffon Corporation, has acquired Harper Brush Works, a division of Horizon Global, for approximately $5 million. The deal adds brooms, brushes and other cleaning tools to AMES' long-handled tool portfolio and is expected to contribute roughly $10 million in annualized revenue.

The AMES Companies (Griffon) Acquires Pope from The Toro Company

The acquisition expands AMES’s Australian product portfolio; Pope is expected to contribute about $25 million in annualized revenue and be accretive to Griffon’s earnings in the first full year of ownership. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fairbanks Morse Defense Acquires American Fan

The add-on expands FMD’s OEM product and service capabilities for naval and marine customers, integrating American Fan’s fans (specified in 30 U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs) into FMD’s turnkey marine solutions.

Lenox Corporation Acquires Hampton Forge

Gryphon Investors Acquires Ed's Supply Company

Gryphon Investors has acquired Ed's Supply Company, a Nashville-based wholesale HVAC/R distributor with 19 locations across Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee, and will operate it as an independent division of its Heritage Distribution Holdings platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; the existing management team will remain in place with former president Steve Byram becoming an advisor and Tucker Byram named President. The deal expands Heritage Distribution Holdings' multi-region HVAC/R footprint in the Southeast.
