Hostway and HOSTING announced a merger to create a larger managed cloud services platform, combining their data centers, products and services under unified leadership with Emil Sayegh as CEO. The combined business will be equally backed by private equity investors Littlejohn & Co. and Pamlico Capital to support growth, integration and expanded managed hybrid cloud capabilities.
