The transaction is an add-on to JPB's residential HVAC and plumbing platform (including Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating & Cooling) to support de novo growth and additional add-on acquisitions across Virginia.

The deal expands Service Champions' footprint and adds to its portfolio of residential service agreements while Bell Brothers' co-founders Kenny and Jerry Bell will remain in leadership roles and become shareholders in the combined company.
