Duravant Acquires Majority Stake in BVSP and Establishes Duravant Brazil

Duravant LLC has formed Duravant Brazil LTDA and acquired a majority stake in BVSP LTDA, a Brazilian manufacturer of parts and aftermarket service provider for poultry processing lines. The move establishes a local sales and service entity to support Duravant’s global food-processing customers and expand local spare-parts and technical service capabilities in Brazil.

Duravant Acquires Matthews' Warehouse Automation Business

Duravant, LLC has completed the acquisition of the Warehouse Automation business from Matthews International Corporation. Matthews received $232.1 million in total consideration for the business (cash plus assumption of liabilities); the business generated $72 million in sales in fiscal 2025 and Matthews said proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding debt.

Duravant Acquires T-TEK Material Handling

The acquisition expands Duravant's packaging solutions portfolio—adding palletizers, depalletizers, conveyors and turnkey end-of-line systems to better serve food, beverage and consumer packaged goods customers.

NatTech (NTI Connect) Acquires Precision Design Services' Fiber Network Engineering Business

NatTech, LLC (National Technologies), a subsidiary of NTI Connect, LLC, has acquired the fiber network engineering business of Precision Design Services, Inc., which is headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey. The add-on expands NTI's engineering capabilities and presence in the New York City market and brings PDS's route design, OSP/ISP drawings, as-built production and project management services into NTI's National Technologies platform; NTI is owned by ORIX Capital Partners.

Paramount Pallet Acquires Industrie de Palettes Standard (I.P.S.) Inc.

Paramount Pallet, a 48forty Solutions company, has acquired Industrie de Palettes Standard (I.P.S.) Inc., a pallet recycling and repair business headquartered in Laval, Quebec. The deal — Paramount's first acquisition — expands its footprint in Quebec and enhances its pallet repair, remanufacturing and logistics capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
