Groq Acquires Definitive Intelligence

Groq has acquired Definitive Intelligence and brought co-founder and CEO Sunny Madra and his team into the company to lead a new GroqCloud business unit. The acquisition supplies engineering resources that will accelerate GroqCloud (a self-serve developer playground for the Groq LPU inference engine) and enable a new Groq Systems unit focused on customers requiring Groq hardware and public sector use cases.
