Rekor Systems Acquires All Traffic Data Services (ATD) for $19M

Rekor Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: REKR) has completed the acquisition of All Traffic Data Services, LLC (ATD) for $19 million in a mix of cash and stock. The deal expands Rekor’s geographic footprint and urban mobility capabilities by combining ATD’s traffic data collection and engineering services with Rekor’s AI/ML roadway intelligence platform.

Signal Control Products Acquires Southern Lighting & Traffic Systems

Signal Control Products (a portfolio company of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners) has acquired Southern Lighting & Traffic Systems (SLTS), a traffic management equipment and pole-structure distributor headquartered in Cumming, Georgia. The deal expands SCP's geographic reach into the Southeast, strengthens OEM relationships, and creates one of the largest distributors of traffic management solutions on the U.S. East Coast.

Tenstreet Acquires DriverReach

AVS Verkehrssicherung Acquires SRV Verkehrstechnik GmbH

AVS Verkehrssicherung, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire SRV Verkehrstechnik GmbH, a provider of permanent and temporary road marking and construction site traffic safety services based in Limbach-Oberfrohna, Germany. SRV employs 26 people and the acquisition is intended to expand AVS's regional service portfolio and consolidate traffic-safety capabilities across the group.
