Far UV Technologies, a Kansas City–based provider of far-UVC whole-room disinfection solutions, has acquired AeroMed Technologies, LLC of Utica, New York, a long-standing maker of upper-room germicidal UV fixtures and HEPA filtration healthcare solutions. The deal combines Far UV's far-UVC innovations and IP with AeroMed's commissioning, HEPA products and customer footprint to expand product capabilities and market reach in healthcare, government and commercial end markets.

Applied UV Acquires PURO Lighting and LED Supply Co.

(NASDAQ:AUVI) entered into definitive agreements to acquire PURO Lighting, LLC and LED Supply Co. in a combined transaction valued at approximately $20 million (cash and restricted shares). The deals would roughly double Applied UV's size—adding an estimated $18 million of revenue—and expand its distribution, sales capabilities and access to PURO's strategic relationships (including Acuity Brands) for FDA‑cleared disinfection products.

Ouellet Group Acquires Innovair Corporation

The deal enables Ouellet to expand into the U.S. market and accelerate growth in the air-conditioning segment while Innovair will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with existing management remaining in place.

The Carlyle Group Acquires Majority Stake in Victory Innovations

The Carlyle Group will acquire a majority stake in Minneapolis-based Victory Innovations, a maker of cordless electrostatic sprayers used to disinfect offices, airplanes, schools and other businesses. Carlyle's investment will accelerate Victory's growth and planned expansion into key global markets, leveraging Carlyle Partners VII to support international scaling.
