Supernova Capital Acquires Mi-Clos Studio and Little Red Dog Games

London-based private equity firm Supernova Capital has acquired 100% of French developer Mi-Clos Studio and New York-based Little Red Dog Games. The deals — terms undisclosed — expand Supernova's gaming portfolio and give it ownership of established IP including "Out There" and "Rogue State."
