Viking Global Investors Acquires Majority Stake in Voyado

Affiliates of Viking Global Investors have acquired a majority stake in Voyado, a Swedish retail-focused customer experience SaaS platform, in a deal intended to accelerate product development and expand Voyado's presence in the UK. Voyado has grown rapidly (32% average annual growth since 2022), is profitable, and was valued at SEK 3.5 billion (~£270 million) at the time of the transaction.

myDigitalOffice Acquires Datavision Technologies

The acquisition combines Datavision’s hospitality BI tools with MDO’s data lake and integrations to expand analytics, reporting, and support capabilities for hoteliers worldwide.

saas.group Acquires gominga

Väderstad Acquires Thyregod's Inter-row Cultivator Product Range

Swedish agricultural equipment maker Väderstad Group has acquired the inter-row cultivator product range and related intellectual property from Danish manufacturer Thyregod A/S, including the TRV range and Swingking. The takeover (transition starting spring 2023, Väderstad assumes responsibility June 1) is intended to expand Väderstad's tillage and seeding portfolio, speed time-to-market for the segment and leverage Väderstad's dealer network to broaden distribution.

EasyVista Acquires Goverlan

EasyVista, backed by Eurazeo and Cathay Capital, has acquired Miami-based Goverlan, a remote support and IT process automation software provider. The deal (financed in part by BlackRock's European Middle Market Private Debt team) expands EasyVista’s ITSM capabilities toward self-healing functionality and adds ~1,600 customers, supporting EasyVista’s North American expansion and 2025 growth plan.
