Swegon Group AB Acquires HC Groep

Swegon Group AB has acquired HC Groep, a Netherlands-based market leader in indoor climate technology, bringing HC Groep’s ten business labels and ~386 employees into Swegon’s global platform. The deal — completed with HC Groep’s previous investor Gilde Equity Management exiting — strengthens Swegon’s presence in the Dutch market and expands its ventilation, HVAC and building automation capabilities.

The Toro Company Acquires Venture Products (Ventrac)

The Toro Company has agreed to acquire Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac-branded turf, landscape and snow-management equipment, for $167.5 million in cash. The deal, expected to close before the end of Toro's fiscal 2020 second quarter, expands Toro's professional product offering and is expected to be financed under Toro's existing revolving credit facility; Ventrac reported approximately $100 million in net sales for calendar year 2019.

Ramudden AS Acquires Veidrift AS from Roadworks

Visit Group Acquires GODO

The deal will integrate GODO's Travia connectivity tool into the Visit Group ecosystem to improve distribution, automate contracting, and expand service offerings for hotels, tour operators and travel suppliers.

Corteva Acquires Symborg

Corteva, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Symborg, a Murcia, Spain–based developer and manufacturer of biostimulants, biofertilizers and biocontrols. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Corteva's strategy to build a leading biologicals portfolio and scale Symborg's existing solutions and pipeline globally; financial terms were not disclosed.

Plantation Products Acquires Sustainable Agrico and Dyna-Gro

Plantation Products, a Norton, Massachusetts-based supplier of branded gardening products, completed two add-on acquisitions in June 2020, acquiring Sustainable Agrico (the Seeds of Change gardening seeds business from Mars, Incorporated) and Dyna-Gro. The deals expand Plantation Products' seed and organic seed offerings and add liquid plant nutrient products to its branded portfolio to broaden its product mix and strengthen retail distribution.
