H.I.G. Capital Acquires Best Version Media

H.I.G. Capital (through an affiliate) has completed the acquisition of Best Version Media (BVM), a Brookfield, Wisconsin–headquartered provider of hyper-local print and digital advertising solutions serving over 30,000 SMB clients. The transaction represents an exit for prior investor Bertram Capital; financial terms were not disclosed. H.I.G. said the investment will support expansion of BVM's products and services for both customers and independent publishers.

Valnet Inc. Acquires SN&CK (Snack) Media Ltd.

The deal is primarily structured as a five-year performance-based earn-out of up to US$5.0 million; Outloud Media generated US$4.0 million of revenue in the prior 12 months.
