Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, together with its subsidiary Neenah Foundry Company, have acquired Bingham & Taylor (also referenced as Bingham 26 Taylor), a 175-year-old manufacturer of meter and valve access products for water and gas utilities. The acquisition brings Bingham & Taylor's cast iron and plastics manufacturing capabilities into the buyers' waterworks portfolio while keeping the Bingham & Taylor brand and operations in Culpeper, Virginia.
