ClearSale has acquired Brazilian software consultancy Beta Learning Consultoria e Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA for an initial R$40.1 million (approx. USD $7M) plus up to two contingent installments, in the company's first M&A since its 2021 IPO. Order2Cash's enterprise customer base and connections to 70+ B2B and B2G e-invoicing networks will be integrated into Billtrust's SaaS AR automation and payments platform; the Order2Cash team will continue operating from Amsterdam, Joure, Krakow and New York.
