CMT Technical Services (a CAI Capital Partners-backed portfolio company) has acquired Cesare, Inc., a Colorado-based consulting engineering firm specializing in construction material testing, geotechnical, and forensic engineering. The deal adds four offices and approximately 50 employees in Colorado, expands CMT's geographic footprint and service capabilities, and the Cesare owner-managers (led by William "Bill" Caires) retain an equity interest and will remain in their roles.
