TELUS Corporation agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of LifeWorks Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately C$2.9 billion including net debt. The deal (court-approved plan of arrangement) offers LifeWorks shareholders cash, share, or combination consideration and is intended to create a global leader in employer-focused digital and in-person health, wellbeing and mental-health services by combining TELUS Health and LifeWorks.

MyHealth operates 48 locations across Ontario (with ~75% of consultations via telehealth) and is expected to generate proforma revenues of approximately C$100M with ~20% EBITDA margins in 2021.
