4M Building Solutions Acquires LCS Facility Group

St. Louis-based 4M Building Solutions, backed by an investment from O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Poughkeepsie-headquartered janitorial and facility maintenance provider LCS Facility Group. The deal expands 4M's footprint into upstate New York, Texas, and Northern California; LCS will retain its name and leadership while founder Joe Lepore moves to an advisory role and his sons remain as equity holders.
