O2-backed 4M Building Solutions Acquires Capital Services

4M Building Solutions Acquires Covenant Building Service

The add-on strengthens 4M’s presence in the Nashville market and integrates Covenant’s 55-account portfolio and operations into 4M’s platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
