4M Building Solutions Acquires Horizon Services Corporation

4M Building Solutions Acquires Eagle Enterprises, Ltd.

St. Louis-based 4M Building Solutions has acquired Wisconsin-based Eagle Enterprises, Ltd., a commercial cleaning and janitorial services provider, effective Oct. 1, 2022. The deal brings nearly 100 new commercial cleaning customers, about 250 employees, and Eagle’s New Berlin headquarters and Madison-area office to 4M as the company expands into its fifteenth state, Wisconsin.

The acquisition — completed with backing from O2 Investment Partners — adds more than 175 employees and roughly 3 million square feet of serviced space, strengthening 4M's Missouri footprint as an add-on to its platform.
