JSW Neo Energy Completes Acquisition of Mytrah Energy Renewable Portfolio

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 1,753 MW renewable energy portfolio (comprising 15 project SPVs and 13 ancillary SPVs) from Mytrah Energy (India) Private Limited for an enterprise valuation of approximately ₹10,150 Crores. The portfolio includes 1,331 MW of wind and 422 MW (487 MWp DC) of solar capacity across southern, western and central India and will significantly increase JSW Energy's operating renewable capacity as part of its targets to reach 10 GW by FY2025 and 20 GW by 2030.

The portfolio (including the Quad 15 and Flyndre clusters) averaged ~23,000 boepd in 2019, adds roughly 51 MMboe of reserves, and transfers an operator organisation of ~60–80 employees; the revised deal included vendor financing and earnout mechanisms and completed in mid‑2020.
