OraSure Technologies Acquires CoreBiome and Novosanis

OraSure Technologies agreed to acquire two companies—CoreBiome, a Minnesota-based microbiome services provider, and Novosanis, a Belgian urine-collection device maker—to expand its Molecular business. The deals (upfront plus potential performance-based payments) will add microbiome sequencing/bioinformatics and urine first-void collection capabilities to OraSure's specimen collection and molecular diagnostics portfolio.

Premier Biotech (ACP) Acquires OraSure Toxicology Line and Green Earth Biomedical's Mexican Subsidiary (GEM)

Premier Biotech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, acquired certain assets comprising OraSure Technologies' substance abuse testing business line and the Mexican subsidiary of Green Earth Biomedical LLC (GEM). The transactions expand Premier's oral-fluid toxicology product portfolio and accelerate its international distribution footprint in Mexico and Latin America.

UST HealthProof Acquires Advantasure

UST HealthProof, a UST company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Advantasure, a healthcare technology and business-process services provider focused on government healthcare programs. The acquisition will expand UST HealthProof's capabilities into risk and quality management and broaden its BPaaS offerings for health plans and provider organizations, with Advantasure continuing to operate under its current name from offices in Glen Allen, Virginia and Southfield, Michigan.

Quest Products (Promus Equity) Acquires OraHealth Corporation

Promus Equity Partners’ portfolio company Quest Products has merged with OraHealth Corporation to acquire the OraCoat brand, including XyliMelts for dry mouth. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Quest’s oral-care portfolio and is supported by mezzanine and senior debt provided by Avante Mezzanine Partners and MB Financial, with Cascadia Capital advising OraHealth.

Sobi Acquires Arthrosi Therapeutics

Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) has completed the acquisition of Arthrosi Therapeutics, acquiring all outstanding shares and adding pozdeutinurad (AR882), an investigational once-daily oral URAT1 inhibitor in two fully enrolled Phase 3 trials. The acquisition strengthens Sobi's gout franchise and pipeline; Arthrosi is headquartered in San Diego and rights to pozdeutinurad in Greater China are held by ApicHope. Pivotal Phase 3 data from REDUCE 1 and REDUCE 2 are expected in 2026.

Eruptr Acquires HealthAware

Growth Partners.
