Quest Products, a Promus Equity Partners-backed consumer healthcare platform, has acquired Tec Laboratories, Inc., the Albany, Oregon manufacturer of Tecnu and Licefreee. The deal adds Tec Labs’ manufacturing center and trusted OTC dermatological brands to Quest’s portfolio to deepen vertical integration and support domestic and international growth; terms were not disclosed.

Orkla Health Acquires NutraQ from Impilo

NutraQ is a Norway-founded, subscription-based D2C health and wellness platform that expanded across the Nordics under Impilo and delivered strong revenue and earnings growth. Orkla said the deal will help accelerate NutraQ's geographic expansion and growth across new product categories.

OraSure Technologies Acquires UrSure

OraSure Technologies, Inc. has agreed to acquire UrSure, Inc., a Boston-based developer of tests that measure adherence to HIV medications including PrEP, for $3 million upfront plus up to $28 million in contingent consideration. The acquisition expands OraSure's point-of-care and infectious disease diagnostic offerings and strengthens its position in the HIV market by adding adherence-monitoring products and related laboratory capabilities.
