Greybull Stewardship Acquires RTCM Holdings (Reclaimed Textile & Garment Recycling Companies)

Greybull Stewardship, a U.S.-based private investment firm, has acquired RTCM Holdings, a family of reclaimed textile recycling and distribution businesses that includes Reclaimed Industrial Cleaning Clothes, Recycled Shoes & Clothing and World Wear Project. Greybull named Craig McAndrews CEO of RTCM and plans to scale the business by entering new markets and investing in automation and sales/ procurement capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Reconomy Acquires American Outsourced Waste and Recycling (AOWR)

Reconomy has acquired American Outsourced Waste and Recycling (AOWR), an East Hartford, Connecticut-based outsourced waste management business, and will integrate it into its Lincoln Waste Solutions platform. The deal is Reconomy's fifth US acquisition and expands Lincoln's capabilities, customers and capacity as part of Reconomy’s strategy to scale its North American operations.

Interstate Waste Services Acquires North Atlantic Waste & Recycling

Northstar Recycling Acquires Waste Technology Services

Northstar Recycling Company, LLC has acquired Waste Technology Services, LLC, combining two asset-light providers of managed waste, byproduct management and environmental consulting to strengthen technical capabilities and expand sustainability-oriented services. WTS, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Lewiston, New York, will join Northstar's platform (PE-backed after a 2021 recapitalization led by Ridgemont Equity Partners) to deliver broader recycling, reuse and reclamation solutions across specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, high-technology and industrial end markets.

SUEZ recycling and recovery UK Acquires DCW (Devon Contract Waste)

SUEZ recycling and recovery UK has acquired DCW (Devon Contract Waste), a regional recycling and waste management company serving Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. The deal brings DCW's 86 staff, 37-truck fleet, three depots and an Exeter transfer/sorting operation into SUEZ's UK operations, expanding the group's collection and recycling capabilities in the south west of England.

Ridgewood Infrastructure Acquires Waste Resources Management (WRM)

Ridgewood Infrastructure LLC has acquired Waste Resources Management (WRM), a Houston-based provider of liquids and wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services that operates 13 treatment facilities across the U.S. Ridgewood said the acquisition expands its water-sector platform and will support WRM’s growth and service offering enhancements as the firm scales the business.
