SUEZ recycling and recovery UK has acquired independent regional recycling and waste management company F&R Cawley Ltd (Cawleys), expanding its footprint north of London and adding lithium‑ion battery processing capabilities. The acquisition includes Cawleys’ depots, materials recycling facility, transfer stations and battery processing facility, and brings more than 200 employees and ~£36.8m in turnover into SUEZ’s UK operations.

Reclaimed Cleaning Textiles Acquires United-Southern Waste Material Company

(dba Reclaimed Cleaning Textiles / World Wear Project) acquired United-Southern Waste Material Company (USW), a Dallas-based textile recycling and repurposing business founded in 1914. The deal expands Reclaimed's capacity (USW operates an 88,000 sq. ft. facility and 120+ collection bins) and aims to create the largest textile recycler in North Texas; financial terms were not disclosed.

Reconomy Acquires ACM Environmental

Cleanaway Waste Management Acquires Contract Resources from SCF Partners

Cleanaway Waste Management has agreed to acquire Contract Resources from SCF Partners for a headline valuation of A$377 million, subject to customary conditions including ACCC clearance. Contract Resources — a Perth‑headquartered specialist in critical-path industrial maintenance, decontamination and decommissioning services across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East — will retain its name and management under CEO Mike Charles as it integrates with Cleanaway's industrial services platform.
