Symphony IndustrialAI, a SymphonyAI company, acquired Savigent, an IIoT and digital workflow orchestration leader, to expand its industrial AI capabilities for manufacturing and supply chain optimization. The deal will integrate Savigent's low-code connected-factory platform with Symphony IndustrialAI's EurekaAI solutions to deliver improved process efficiency, quality, and energy consumption for process and discrete manufacturers.

Hitachi Vantara Acquires Io-Tahoe

Majesco Acquires Utilant LLC
