Descartes Systems Group has acquired PackageRoute, a US-based provider of final-mile carrier software, for approximately US$2 million in cash. The acquisition adds PackageRoute's mobile and web-based route optimization, real-time visibility and fleet management capabilities to Descartes' GroundCloud suite to strengthen its final-mile carrier offerings.

GRO Acquires DigitalRoute from Neqst

Northern European private equity firm GRO has agreed to acquire DigitalRoute, a Stockholm-based leader in Usage Data Management software, from Swedish PE firm Neqst.
