reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE) announced definitive agreements on December 4, 2023 to acquire Naamche (Naamche, Inc. and Naamche, Inc. Pvt. Ltd.) to add AI/ML, data engineering and cross-platform development capabilities. The deal — including a combination of cash and equity consideration and later closed in May 2024 — brings a ~25-person product and engineering team led by founder Ramesh Pathak into reAlpha to accelerate development of real-estate focused AI solutions.
