As part of the deal TensorDock's founder Jonathon Lei becomes General Manager of On‑Demand at Voltage Park and several TensorDock team members assume leadership roles within the combined organization.

NVIDIA Acquires Run:ai

NVIDIA said it will continue offering Run:ai's products, integrate its capabilities into NVIDIA platforms (including DGX and DGX Cloud), and Run:ai's founders indicated the software will be open-sourced to broaden ecosystem access.
