Radiant Logistics Acquires Transcon Shipping

Radiant Logistics, Inc. has acquired Transcon Shipping Co., Inc., a California-based ocean and air freight forwarder, to strengthen Radiant's international capabilities in key gateway markets. The transaction will integrate Transcon's operations into Radiant's network (transitioning to the Radiant brand during 2025) and retains Transcon leadership in a network development role.

Francisco Partners Acquires Majority Stake in RugsUSA from Comvest Partners

Francisco Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in RugsUSA, an e-commerce retailer of area rugs and home décor, from Comvest Partners in a growth investment; Comvest and founder Koorosh Yaraghi will retain minority stakes. The transaction, announced September 2021 and completed in November 2021, will support RugsUSA’s expansion into new categories and geographies; financial terms were not disclosed.

TRANSTEX Acquires US Liner Company

TRANSTEX, a cleantech transportation OEM, has acquired US Liner Company (formerly American Made LLC), a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of glass-reinforced thermoplastic composite components. The acquisition expands TRANSTEX's North American manufacturing capacity and secures a supply of lightweight, corrosion-resistant composite materials for transportation, RV and agricultural applications.
