The deal integrates Cargo Cove's fulfillment, picking/packing, inventory management and returns services (which serve over 50 e-commerce brands and have shipped over one million orders) into ShipHero's fulfillment network to expand its southeastern U.S. footprint and strengthen its fulfillment capabilities following a $50 million financing round.
