Frontdoor, Inc. announced it will acquire 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty in an all-cash transaction valued at $585 million, expected to close in Q4 2024 pending regulatory approvals. The acquisition expands Frontdoor’s offerings into new-home structural warranties, adds approximately 292,000 customers and ~$198 million of 2023 revenue, and is expected to create cross-selling opportunities and operational synergies.
