Gener8 LLC, a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management, has acquired Symbient Product Development, a Carlsbad, California-based designer and low-to-medium volume manufacturer of polymer life-sciences consumables. The deal expands Gener8's capabilities beyond advanced instrumentation to provide turnkey instrument-and-consumable solutions for point-of-care diagnostics and drug delivery markets.

Saw Mill Capital Acquires RND Automation

Saw Mill Capital, through its affiliated funds, has acquired RND Automation, a Lakewood Ranch, Florida-based integrator of robotics, vision systems and automation solutions for packaging and assembly. The deal expands Saw Mill's automation portfolio and formalizes a partnership with portfolio company iAutomation to cross-sell capabilities and accelerate growth; terms were not disclosed.

RLDatix Acquires Verge Health

QGenda Acquires New Innovations

The acquisition expands Genefic’s specialty pharmacy capabilities and regional footprint (Louisiana and Mississippi), adding payor contracts and patient volumes as the company enters the infusion pharmacy management market.
