Unity Acquires RestAR

Unity has acquired Tel Aviv-based RestAR, a computer vision and deep learning startup that converts mobile video into high-quality 3D/AR product models. The acquisition brings RestAR's AI-based 3D capture technology into Unity's platform (including Unity Forma) to help brands, retailers, and marketers create digital twins and interactive RT3D marketing experiences.
