ILUS International Acquires Georgia Fire and Rescue Supply

ILUS International Inc (OTC: ILUS) has acquired Georgia Fire and Rescue Supply, a Canton, Georgia-based distributor of firefighting and emergency response equipment. The purchase gives ILUS a US distribution channel for its FireBug technology and adds a profitable, debt-free business with approximately $3.5 million in annual revenue and an experienced 7-member sales team.
