Glamox Acquires Luxonic Lighting

Glamox, a Triton-backed lighting group, has acquired 100% of the shares in Luxonic Group Ltd (Luxonic Lighting). Luxonic is a UK-based lighting manufacturer (GBP 16.6m revenue in 2018) with a manufacturing plant in Basingstoke; the deal strengthens Glamox's position and product offering in the UK professional lighting market.

Norwegian lighting group Glamox has acquired 98.21% of shares in Polish lighting manufacturer ES‑SYSTEM via a public tender, valuing the company at about 150 million PLN. The deal gives Glamox a leading position in the Polish professional lighting market and expands its product range and geographic footprint in Central Europe.

Amplix Acquires Twin Lights Group

Amplix, a Gemspring Capital portfolio company, has acquired Twin Lights Group, a South Plainfield, New Jersey-based technology advisory and network implementation firm. Terms were not disclosed; the deal brings Twin Lights’ advisory capabilities and ~140 enterprise and SMB customers onto the Amplix platform as an add-on to expand its IT advisory and infrastructure services.

Eypex Corporation Acquires JustLight

Eypex Corporation has acquired all assets and IP of JustLight, including the Sunflower Smart Light Therapy lamp and related Smart Light Therapy and UV germicidal disinfection technologies. JustLight will be reorganized to operate independently under Eypex as the company expands from automotive lighting into consumer health and wellness products, with additional product commercialization planned over the next 18 months.

Kade Ventures Acquires GleamXLights

Phoenix Lighting Acquires Bright Light Systems

Phoenix Lighting, a portfolio company of JMC Capital Partners, has acquired Bright Light Systems, Inc., a Georgia-based lighting manufacturer and controls provider. The deal expands Phoenix's industrial lighting capabilities and adds a specialized lighting controls and monitoring platform to better serve ports, terminals and other heavy-industrial end markets.
