The deals (closed in December) expand Bentley's digital twin and AI capabilities for infrastructure asset inspections, drone data processing, and automated damage detection across telecommunications and electric utilities.

TPI is a designer, engineer, manufacturer and installer of custom bulk material handling and conveyor systems; Enviva— the world's largest producer of industrial wood pellets—acquired TPI to bring those capabilities in‑house.
