Hexaware Technologies has acquired CyberSolve, a specialist identity and access management (IAM) provider, to expand its AI-led identity security and managed cybersecurity capabilities. The deal combines CyberSolve’s IAM expertise and specialist teams with Hexaware’s global consulting, engineering scale, and 24x7 security operations to accelerate identity modernization, faster onboarding, smoother migrations and continuous compliance for enterprise clients.

KeyData Cyber Acquires BeyondID

Maven Capital Partners Invests £15M in ProofID

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

CACI International acquired Ashburn, Virginia–based ID Technologies, a mid-tier provider of enterprise IT, CSfC-compliant cybersecurity products, and managed services to U.S. federal customers. The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.

I-TRACING Group Acquires IDENTO (IAM Specialist)

PKWARE Acquires Dataguise

Thompson Street Capital Partners, an investor in PKWARE, supported the transaction; Dataguise's existing offices in the United States, India, Europe and Canada will continue operations. Terms were not disclosed.
