PLBY Group Acquires Dream Content-Creator Platform

PLBY Group, Inc. agreed to acquire Dream, a social content platform that provides creators with tools to interact directly with fans, for up to approximately $30 million paid primarily in PLBY stock. The Dream platform and its development team will form the technology foundation for Playboy's new creator-led site CENTERFOLD, with the transaction expected to close in Q4 2021.
