CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.

Cengage Group Acquires Infosec

The deal brings Infosec into Cengage’s Workforce Skills business to expand its cybersecurity professional training offerings, increase recurring revenue, and reach more learners and enterprise customers; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2022 subject to customary conditions.
