Leidos Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 1901 Group, a provider of managed IT services, cloud and cybersecurity solutions, to expand Leidos' digital modernization and cloud capabilities. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2021 for a purchase price of $215 million funded with cash on hand.
