The acquisition integrates OASIS’s ocean acoustics expertise and real-time DSP systems into ThayerMahan’s autonomous maritime sensor and MDA solutions for government, commercial and research customers.

Clari Acquires Wingman to Add Conversation Intelligence to Its Revenue Platform
