Stanley Black & Decker Acquires Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing

Stanley Black & Decker has entered into an agreement to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) from Tinicum L.P. The acquisition will add CAM's engineered aerospace fasteners, fittings and complex assemblies to Stanley Black & Decker's industrial portfolio, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
