Zuora, Inc. announced it will acquire Sub(x), an AI solution for digital publishers and media companies, to integrate AI-powered paywall and subscriber intelligence into Zuora’s monetization suite and Zephr product. The acquisition, expected to close by Zuora’s fiscal Q3 2025 subject to customary approvals, expands Zuora’s capabilities in subscriber acquisition and retention through reinforcement-learning-driven offer optimization.

HubSpot Acquires Cacheflow to Add Billing and CPQ Capabilities

HubSpot has acquired Cacheflow, a San Francisco–based startup that provides B2B subscription billing management and CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools, for an undisclosed amount. Cacheflow will become a wholly owned subsidiary and its team will be integrated into HubSpot's Commerce Hub to build native billing and CPQ features and accelerate revenue management for customers.

CUBE Acquires The Hub to Extend ARI Technology
