Evergreen Financial Technology Group (EFTG), a division of Evergreen Services Group, has acquired Lodestar Technologies, a Vancouver-based provider of data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics for credit unions and banks. The acquisition will integrate Lodestar’s analytics and data-warehouse solutions into EFTG/Sharetec’s fintech offering to expand analytics capabilities, scale product integrations, and better serve credit unions across North America.
