IZI Medical Products, LLC, a Shore Capital Partners-backed interventional radiology device platform, acquired RadioMed Corporation and its VISICOIL fiducial marker product family from IBA S.A. The purchase is an add-on to IZI’s portfolio—its fourth add-on in 24 months—and is intended to expand IZI’s imaging marker and interventional oncology offerings through RadioMed’s distribution channels and IZI’s direct sales force.

IK Partners Acquires Medica Group

IK Partners, via newly incorporated Moonlight Bidco Limited, has completed its acquisition of Medica Group Plc, a market-leading teleradiology and imaging-services provider headquartered in Hastings, UK. The transaction (effective 6 July 2023) takes Medica private; IK says it will support Medica's growth by investing in people, technology and new capabilities, including through M&A.

Philips Acquires Analytical Informatics, Inc.

Royal Philips has acquired US-based startup Analytical Informatics, Inc. to integrate the company's vendor-agnostic radiology workflow and analytics tools into Philips' PerformanceBridge radiology portfolio. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Philips' roadmap for Radiology Solutions by expanding operational intelligence, workflow optimization and data-driven decision support for imaging departments and enterprise customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

ZOLL Medical Corporation Acquires Itamar Medical Ltd.

ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei company, has completed the acquisition of Itamar Medical Ltd., a developer of at-home sleep apnea diagnostic devices and digital health solutions. ZOLL acquired all outstanding shares for $1.0333333 per ordinary share (approximately $31 per ADS), and Itamar will be delisted from Nasdaq and TASE and operate as a business division within ZOLL.
